Job Description:
The Management Department at the University of Florida Warrington College of Business seeks a non-tenure-track clinical professor (open rank at the assistant, associate, or full professor level) for one position in the area of organizational behavior/human resource (OB/HR) management. Responsibilities include teaching courses in leadership, creativity, and related OB/HR topics as well as producing scholarly research. The successful candidate will have a record of publishing in and teaching these topic areas or demonstrated potential to do so.
This position will start in August 2027. Salary is competitive, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications:
Must have or anticipate receiving a doctorate degree in related fields of study before August 2027.
Preferred: A dedication to teaching excellence. Evidence of an active research pipeline. A record of high-quality research. For applicants to the Associate or Full Professor position: A record of high-quality teaching in MBA courses. Evidence of leadership and service in one's own institution and in the profession/field. Experience in working with junior faculty.
