Assistant Director for Leadership & Community Engagement

University of Florida is hiring an Assistant Director for Leadership & Community Engagement. The role builds and leads leadership development and community engagement programming that connects students with service-learning and volunteer opportunities. This person also supervises staff, manages risk and compliance for engagement activities, and tracks program data to support the university's Carnegie Elective for Community Engagement recertification.

• Lead departmental planning and execution of signature leadership and engagement programs.
• Partner with academic and co-curricular departments to capture service-learning and volunteer offerings.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to paraprofessional and professional staff.
• Support the university's recertification of the Carnegie Elective for Community Engagement.
• Deliver coaching, training, and outreach presentations to campus units and organizations.
• Manage dashboards and reporting on student engagement and program outcomes.
• Master's degree and two years of experience, or a bachelor's degree and four years of experience.
• Salary range $60,000 - $65,000.
