I’ve worked at a variety of daycares in my career and this company provides the best training. They have monthly training, yearly training and for your first year, they having training every 3 months. The employee training guide is colorful and easy to read. As a full-time employee I get 50% childcare.

The teachers are friendly and supportive of each other. They have helped me to achieve classroom goals. I have experience working with ages from infant through 2 years old. Many of the infants are familiar with me and have had an easier transition when moving up to the next class.
