University of Florida is hiring an Instructional Designer Campaign. This pooled recruitment covers Instructional Designer II and III roles within UF Human Resources, where the designer partners with senior leaders and subject matter experts to build evidence-based learning experiences across the university. The role blends creative ownership with strategic influence, spanning leadership development, workforce upskilling, and digital learning innovation.
Highlights- Design and develop scalable learning experiences across multiple modalities, including eLearning and blended learning
- Partner with subject matter experts and HR teams to translate business needs into learning strategies
- Build digital content using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, along with multimedia platforms
- Lead and manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously, balancing timelines and stakeholders
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for faculty and staff
- Evaluate program effectiveness and refine learning solutions based on data and feedback
- Master's degree and two to four years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with four to six years of relevant experience, depending on level
- Experience with rapid development tools and multimedia assets such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus
