Service Porter

Overview

Gainesville Nissan is now hiring Experienced Automotive Service/Sales Porters. The Automotive Service/Sales Porter provides Sales Department valet/ customer service for dealership guests while meeting the standards outlined by Gainesville Nissan. They proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service.

The Automotive Service Porter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the Service Department experience such as maintaining a clean service drive and keeping all vehicles secure and positioned properly.

All Customer Service Porters are held to the highest standards:

• Present a contagious "ear to ear" smile
• Greet guests with warmth and passion, like they were a guest in your own home.
• Reliable and Responsible
• Excellent communication skills -- oral and written
• 6 to 12 months experience in a customer service role, hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, have a sense of urgency to complete projects and be detail oriented
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced work environment outdoors
• Ability to walk, run and stand for long periods of time outdoors
• Ability to drive vehicles with both automatic and standard transmissions
