Professional House Cleaner

Key Benefits & Compensation

Full-time. No nights, no weekends, no holidays. Up to $600 per week, paid weekly. Typically 30-35 hours a week.

Pay range: $14.00 to $22.00 per hour, dependent on experience, quality of work, and speed.

PTO and holiday pay after 12 months.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – follow our process and delight every customer. Tips are available.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, professional manner – make them feel cared for.

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely.
• Maintain equipment; keep the car loaded with appropriate cleaning supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
