As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based at the GAINESVILLE
-34TH STREET BRANCH located at 2814 SW 34th Street, Gainesville, Florida 32608.

Job Description- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships.
- Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
- Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
