As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based at the GAINESVILLE
-34TH STREET BRANCH located at 2814 SW 34th Street, Gainesville, Florida 32608.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

Roles at this level typically require an associate’s or equivalent degree along with related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
