The College of Nursing is hiring a Financial Analyst II responsible for managing financial operations, reporting, and analysis across academic programs, clinical activities, and affiliated entities. The role includes budget monitoring, contract and revenue oversight, audit support, reconciliation, and collaboration with faculty and leadership to ensure accurate financial data and compliance.
Highlights- Perform comprehensive financial reporting and analysis for academic and clinical units.
- Monitor budgets, revenues, expenditures, and multi-source funding performance.
- Support contract administration, billing, invoicing, and revenue collection.
- Conduct account reconciliations and maintain compliance with institutional and regulatory policies.
- Prepare audit documentation and implement financial controls improvements.
- Provide backup support in purchasing, accounts payable, and travel financial transactions.
- Required:
Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience. - Preferred:
Master's degree; strong skills in financial management, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and audit processes. - Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Expected salary range: $61,000 - $70,000 annually.
