The University of Florida is hiring a Student Financial Aid Coordinator II to oversee the Return of Title IV funds process within the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships. This role involves coordinating withdrawal and financial aid recalculations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with campus partners to maintain accurate financial aid administration.

• Manage Return of Title IV process and coordinate student withdrawal and financial aid adjustments.
• Perform complex financial aid calculations and review student records for compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on withdrawal regulations and provide staff guidance and training.
• Evaluate and interpret regulations to support financial aid and withdrawal policy compliance.
• Support audits, monitor program requirements, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with university departments to resolve withdrawal‑related issues and ensure accurate financial aid processing.
• Lead or assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Master’s degree required, or bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience.
• Preferred skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), knowledge of financial aid regulations, and strong communication skills.
• Salary offered is $47,500 annually with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, tuition assistance, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility.
