Job Summary

Provide specialized and personalized service, offering advice and guidance to financial center clients on borrowing and banking products at every stage of their life plan.

• Recommend financial advice and guidance that align with client goals and needs.
• Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients using full bank capabilities.
• Analyze client financial needs and apply knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend services that best align with the client’s priorities.
• Connect with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities, and conduct consistent follow‑up to meet client needs.
• Make decisions on client requests and refer to appropriate internal partners based on client needs.
• Partner with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to associates during meetings to deliver an exceptional client experience.

• Demonstrated experience and proven success with business‑to‑business sales and/or small business banking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence clients effectively.
• Effective customer service skills and ability to manage the full client end‑to‑end experience and problem resolution.
• Proven sales track record.
• Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships.
• Experience with outbound phone sales.

• Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills.
• Experience with in‑person customer service and sales.
• Experience working with small business clients.
• Experience meeting or exceeding goals.
• Working knowledge of small business products and services.

This position is open for the entire market. The specific financial center location will be selected based on business needs. If offered a position and commence employment, you will train at one financial center, and the company may place you at another location within a reasonable commuting distance of your home to the extent permitted by applicable law.
