The Commercial Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for developing revenue growth by generating, managing, and growing quality, profitable commercial loans, deposits, and fee-based relationships. The CRM's primary focus is to proactively consult with business owners in developing solutions to meet all of their financial service needs. Under the supervision of the SVP of Commercial Services, the CRM will manage and develop a portfolio of commercial relationships and ensure retention of total client assets and net growth in relationships.
The CRM will work closely with internal partners to facilitate the development of new business relationships, as well as develop prospects through lead lists and centers of influence.
Key Responsibilities
- The Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for proactively sourcing, acquiring, expanding and retaining member business relationships by maximizing sales opportunities in Alachua and surrounding counties.
- Use sound judgment in qualifying potential members/deals as well as recommending the right financial solutions/products for the member. Ensure applications meet credit/compliance criteria before submitting to centralized credit for approval.
- Provide product specialists with qualified referrals for cross-sell. Assist in closing referrals.
- Strictly adhere to internal control policies such as the account opening and credit protocols of accurate collection, completion and updating of all required documentation.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with all regulatory, legal & government regulations.
- Bachelor's degree and three to five years' related experience and/or training.
- Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A current driver's license.
