Duties
Coordinates the planning, requesting, approval, allocation, and utilization of financial resources for the state.
Establishes the annual budget for state office training activities.
Prepares responses to requests for reports and other information and materials from national headquarters, the Department, other parties, and stakeholders.
Provides expert advice, guidance, consultation, and support to the STC and SLT on all aspects of conservation strategy, business operations, and financial and other resource management functions within the state.
Participates in state leadership team meetings and serves as a spokesperson for the state's conservation and office operations, and administrative areas, including priorities, status, accomplishments, and planned activities.
Coordinates locally-based administrative services, working in partnership with Nation service delivery teams, related to workforce planning and human resources, awards and administration, and facilities management and space planning.
