• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including diagnostic testing for hearing and balance disorders.
• Counsel patients and families regarding test results, treatment options, and ongoing management.
• Fit, program, and manage hearing aids.
• Provide vestibular assessments and appropriate management strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the ENT physician to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
• Participate in patient education, outreach, and follow‑up to support long‑term outcomes.

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree or Master’s in Audiology (with appropriate licensure).
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient‑first approach.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small practice setting.
