We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Home Health Aide to join our dynamic caregiving team! In this vital role, you will work directly with clients in their homes, implementing and following a tailored care plan designed to meet each individual’s needs.
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide compassionate and attentive personal care, which may include assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management. Your ability to forge genuine relationships will be key in creating a supportive and trusting environment for the clients you serve.
Your detail-oriented nature and exceptional organizational skills will be crucial as you maintain accurate records, track progress, and communicate effectively with both clients and healthcare professionals. We are looking for someone who can create a positive atmosphere and promote a healthy lifestyle, ensuring that every client feels valued and cared for.
To thrive in this role, you must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and their families. While prior experience in Home Health or Hospice care is preferred, we are also eager to train those who demonstrate dedication and a genuine desire to help others. Responsibilities:- Assist patients with daily activities such as transferring in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
- Care for clients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, preparing meals, or assisting with personal care
- Maintain records of client care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor
- Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
- Give medication reminders
- Engage patients in exercises or other activities
- Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program OR able to pass the Florida Home Health Aide competency test that we will administer prior to your interview.
- High School Diploma or GED

Five years prior experience in senior caregiving - Valid driver’s license
- Proof of auto insurance with your name on the policy
- Proof of current CPR certification (Valid means the CPR course was certified by the American Heart Association and includes in-person validation of your skills)
- Ability to pass AHCA background screening
