Our Life Enrichment team is vital to ensuring the optimal well-being for our residents. As a Life Enrichment team member you are responsible for the organization of the life‑enriching programming for the Health Pavilion residents, in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Support. Team members assist in organization and supervision of all on‑campus and off‑campus activities planned in the Health Pavilion, and ensure these events are performed within established policies and procedures, ensuring the safety of each resident.
LifeEnrichment/Activities Assistant Job Qualifications And Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must have a minimum of one year working in a healthcare-associated field, preferably long‑term care.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively to staff, residents, families, and community members.
- Must be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a diverse senior population.
- All applicants must complete and pass a Level II Background Check and Drug Screening
