Duration - Permanent | Full-Time
Salary: $32.62- $40.77 (10 years of Experience) - $48.93 (20 years of experience) (Based on years of experience)

Job Summary and Qualifications:

You Will:

Supervise technical and/or non-technical laboratory personnel and daily operations in assigned areas/shifts to achieve organization and regulatory requirements.
Supervise personnel, processes, service levels, regulatory compliance, and service levels in assigned areas.

Functional area

s of responsibility may include, but are not limited to technical discipline areas in which department is licenses, specimen collection, specimen processing and specimen referral testing
Responsible for achieving department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, personnel management, patient satisfaction, healthy work environment, and integration of intra and inter-departmental activities in areas of responsibility.
Demonstrates skill required to supervise, teach and motivate staff
Review and approve payroll time sheets, purchasing requisitions, check requests, and scheduling requests
You Should Have:

4 year Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology required
5 years' experience as a Medical Technologist IN ACUTE CARE REQUIRED
* STRONGLY PREFER IT TO BE RECENT
State of Florida Supervisor License in all 5 specialty areas or Has ALREADY APPLIED FOR THE LICENSE
Candidate would need to have a Generalist License as well
