Minimum Requirements
- Associate's degree in an appropriate area of specialization (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a closely related discipline).
- Minimum of 3 years laboratory experience, preferably in oncology or stem‑cell research.
We are seeking a highly skilled Lab Technician preferably with a BS or MS in Molecular Biology (or related field) and substantial hands‑on experience in tissue culture, flow cytometry, DNA isolation, and real‑time PCR.
Key Responsibilities- Design and perform drug‑sensitivity assays, operate flow cytometers, conduct DNA isolation and perform genotyping assays under supervision of research assistant professors and postdoc in the lab.
- Maintain precise records in laboratory information management systems, prepare detailed assay reports, and adhere to biosafety and regulatory guidelines. Assist in the processing, cryopreservation, and cataloging of patient‑derived samples for the bio‑bank inventory.
$21.00 - $26.00 per hour
