The UF Health Transfer Center serves as the through-line that connects our hospitals across the enterprise, driving access, supporting our physicians, and ensuring patients move efficiently to the right level of care at the right time. As we continue to scale and integrate our facilities, this leader will play a critical role in advancing system-wide patient flow, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

This is not just an operational role. The Manager will:

• Lead a high-performing Transfer Center team
• Partner closely with physician, nursing, and executive leaders
• Drive performance metrics, throughput optimization, and service-line growth
• Help shape the next evolution of capacity management across our health system

We are looking for a strong operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands healthcare operations deeply, and is energized by mission-driven work.
