The Travel Physical Therapist will provide essential therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility. This position requires a dedicated professional to deliver outstanding patient care, perform evaluations, and develop treatment plans for rehabilitation.

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and transfers.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment plans.
• Implement gait training and therapeutic exercises.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards using Meditech (Expanse).

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred.
• Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong adaptability and independence in clinical responsibilities.
