Behavior Tech​/Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

Behavior Analysis Support Services, Inc. (BASS) was established in 2003 with a mission to guide children to achieve their developmental potential through best‑in‑class individualized ABA therapy.

We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with individuals receiving ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT will support clients in improving communication, social, and daily living skills, delivering therapy in centers, homes, schools, and community settings.

• Complete a 40‑hour RBT training course (paid) and pass the BACB RBT exam within 30 days of employment.
• Complete CPR training (paid) within 30 days of hire.
• Work 1:1 with BASS clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Collect electronic data related to programming developed by the BCBA.
• Complete daily notes after each session and upload them into relevant databases.
• Maintain open lines of communication with the BCBA regarding client progress.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed by the BCBA team.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work at multiple locations during the work day.

• High School Diploma.
• Reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, stay on feet, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Pass a background check.

• College graduate.
• Previous work experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• Experience working with children ages 1‑8.
• RBT certification.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and supplementary insurance benefits.
• Experience with paid time off (PTO) and growth opportunities.
• Positive team environment experience.
• Free supervision for those pursuing Board certification.
