Physical Therapist

Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Gainesville, FL. As a full-time member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care to help patients achieve their goals.

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical abilities and limitations
• Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion
• Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy, exercise, and equipment, to help patients reach their goals
• Monitor and track progress of patients and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Passion for helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life
