Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II - Float at Gainesville, FL! This is a 5+ months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Rotation Saturdays)
Hours per Week: 40
hours
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Highlights: $22-24/hour (Based on years of experience & education)
Note1. Candidate must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record.
2. Floaters are eligible to submit mileage between work locations for expense reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections with accuracy and professionalism.
- Collect specimens from pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients.
- Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures.
- Verify patient identity and accurately label specimens in the patient's presence.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring patient comfort and confidentiality.
- Travel between multiple Patient Service Centers and physician office locations as assigned.
- Adapt quickly to changing schedules and staffing needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required
- Experience with:
- Pediatric collections
- Geriatric collections
- Capillary collections
Note: Local candidates within 20-25 miles are eligible.
* Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
