A therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice in North Central Florida is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who values patient-centered care, work-life balance, and practicing in a supportive environment where quality care comes before quotas.
For nearly 40 years, this privately owned practice has built a strong reputation for personalized care, long-term staff retention, and collaborative teamwork across five outpatient clinics serving the Gainesville region and surrounding communities.

- Standard schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Optional 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM shifts available twice weekly
- No weekends or on-call responsibilities
- Outpatient orthopedics
- 10–15 patients/day
- Evaluations adjusted to support quality treatment time
- Diverse orthopedic and functional patient population
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care
- Collaborate with experienced PT, OT, and Speech Therapy teams
- Complete documentation using Clinicient/WebPT
- Participate in professional development and clinical initiatives
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- New graduates welcome to apply
- Interest in vestibular, pelvic health, aquatics, or specialty programs is a plus
