Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Per-Diem Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing rehab team. With new competitive rates, this is an excellent opportunity for PTAs looking to advance their careers in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Implement therapy treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and mobility activities
Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress and response to treatment
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team
Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state/federal regulations
Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
Current Florida PTA license (or eligibility)
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
