Job Title

Physical Therapist

Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain. Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Educate patients and families on exercise programs and rehabilitation techniques. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care. Support patient recovery through safe mobility practices and therapeutic activities.

Mentor therapy assistants or students when applicable.

Valid Physical Therapist license. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Basic Life Support certification required within the designated timeframe.

Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred. Strong knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques. Ability to develop and implement patient-centered care plans. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
