Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehabilitation
- Part Time/Full Time Central Florida Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (BSPT, MPT/MSPT, or DPT) — new graduates and experienced PTs encouraged to apply Strong knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and general outpatient rehabilitation Excellent patient assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative outpatient team CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain) Preferred Experience in outpatient orthopedic or neurological rehab Manual therapy experience or interest in specialty certifications Experience using EMR systems Experience with aquatic therapy, lymphedema therapy, or pelvic health therapy
About the Role As a Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehabilitation, you will provide hands-on, individualized therapy services to adult and pediatric patients. You will evaluate functional limitations, develop customized treatment plans, and guide patients through recovery in a collaborative outpatient clinic setting. Therapy services offered include:
- Orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation
- Aquatic therapy for mobility and strength recovery
- Lymphedema therapy for rehabilitation and management
- Pelvic health therapy for specialized patient needs

Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive PT evaluations including mobility, strength, gait, balance, and pain assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, aquatic therapy, lymphedema management, and pelvic rehab Track patient progress and document accurately in EMR systems Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Maintain a safe, organized, and professional outpatient clinic environment
