Flexible outpatient schedule; discussed during screening Qualifications Required Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (OTD, MOT, or BSOT) — new graduates and experienced OTs encouraged to apply Strong knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation, including orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and functional skills training Excellent patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-based outpatient environment CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain) Preferred Experience in outpatient orthopedic, neurological, or post-surgical rehab Experience with manual therapy, adaptive equipment, or splinting Experience using EMR systems Experience with aquatic therapy, lymphedema therapy, or pelvic health therapy About the Role As an Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Rehabilitation, you will help patients regain independence and functional abilities for daily living, work, and leisure.

You'll design individualized therapy plans, deliver hands-on interventions, and provide patient and family education in a supportive outpatient clinic environment. Therapy services offered include:
