Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings as needed
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Referrals / Authorizations
- Insurance Verification

- Proven experience as an outstanding Medical Receptionist
