Join our team as a full-time Registered Dietitian (RD) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and play a vital role in improving residents’ health through individualized nutrition care.
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team full-time in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / long-term care setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide individualized nutrition care that supports residents’ health, recovery, and quality of life.

- Assess and evaluate the nutritional needs of residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Create, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans
- Provide counseling and education to residents, families, and staff
- Partner with nursing, therapy, and dietary staff to ensure coordinated care
- Document assessments, progress, and updates in medical records
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and SNF dietary regulations
- Support food service operations to maintain safety, quality, and satisfaction
- Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) in good standing
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- Prior experience in long-term care or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Resident-centered approach to care
