What You Will Do

• Follow the treatment plan set by the Physical Therapist
• Guide residents in exercises, mobility training, strengthening, balance work and fine motor activities to help residents regain function after illness, injury or surgery
• Document progress, challenges, and improvements in the medical record and communicate updates to the Physical Therapist and care team

What We Are Looking For

• Active and clear PTA license in the State of Florida
• A caring attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus but not required
