The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of clinical and operational projects to ensure alignment with health system objectives. This role coordinates cross-functional clinical, administrative, and support teams, manages project resources, and monitors progress to proactively identify and mitigate risks. The Project Manager communicates key milestones, project status, and outcomes to stakeholders, including clinical leadership and senior executives, while maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Responsibilities include facilitating stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects align with healthcare quality and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement through effective project management practices across the health system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees planning, execution, and delivery of clinical and operational projects.
  • Coordinates cross-functional clinical, administrative, and support teams.
  • Manages resources efficiently and monitors project progress.
  • Proactively addresses risks and barriers to project success.
  • Communicates milestones and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintains comprehensive project documentation.
  • Facilitates stakeholder engagement and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Drives continuous improvement in project management practices.
Education
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), or a related field preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing healthcare clinical or operational projects.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and resources.
  • Strong skills in risk management and project documentation.
  • Experience communicating with clinical leadership and senior executives.
  • Knowledge of healthcare quality and safety standards.
