Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) – Outpatient Clinic – Gainesville, FL About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) to join our established outpatient rehabilitation team in Gainesville, FL. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to treat a wide variety of patients in a supportive, therapist-led environment. Position Highlights Single outpatient clinic location in Gainesville, FL Full-time schedule, no weekends required Diverse caseload: orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports rehab Additional specialties a plus: pelvic health, lymphedema management Dry Needling (DN) certification is a bonus Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience Comprehensive benefits package included Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance + short-term disability 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off (PTO), holidays, and sick time Continuing Education (CEU) allowance – up to $2,500 annually + 7 paid CEU days Tuition reimbursement for approved coursework Annual paid company events (holiday gatherings, retreats, team building) Qualifications Current Florida Physical Therapy License (PT/DPT) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, but new graduates welcome with mentorship and training available Why Join Us?
