Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat residents in a home setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
- Bachelor s, Master s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply
PRN therapists work on an as-needed basis, choosing the assignments they wish to accept.
