Life South Community Blood Centers in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Laboratory Manager for the Immunohematology Reference Laboratory (IRL). The role leads staff performing complex transfusion-related testing and ensures compliance with CLIA, FDA, AABB, HIPAA, and state regulations.
Gainesville IRL collaborates with Pathologists in Transfusion Medicine and a network of CAP/AC labs regionally. Requires MT/CLS/MLS, SBB, and state supervisor license;
Master’s preferred.
