Environmental Services Supervisor

Overview

The Environmental Services Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of task assignments and completions by the EVS employees, in the day-to-day operations of clinical and non-clinical spaces. This position encompasses administrative communication, staff coordination, training and coaching, assignment inspections, and actively promoting service excellence.

• Associate degree or an equivalent 1-3 years of combined education and experience is required (Some years of supervisory experience and High School Graduate or GED Certificate).
• Experience in hospital or hotel housekeeping operations is preferred;
  Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
  Knowledge of applicable codes and regulatory requirements preferred.
• General knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word and Outlook software programs is desired.

• Employees in this Position:
  Will operate vehicle as a Non-frequent driver.
