About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA at Parklands Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care to our residents, promoting their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating patients
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care and service
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
