Physical Therapist Job in Gainesville, FL
Kinetix Physical Therapy is hiring for a Physical Therapist job in Gainesville, FL, and we want to hear from clinicians who are ready to do more than punch a clock. Founded in 2008 as a PT-owned private practice, Kinetix has built its reputation locally through strong clinical outcomes, close relationships with area PT programs, and a steady stream of five-star patient reviews.
Whether you’re a new graduate looking for real mentorship or an experienced PT ready to take the next step in your career, you’ll find a clinical team here that’s genuinely invested in your development, not just your caseload. Both our Gainesville and Newberry locations are growing, which means there’s real room to build the kind of career you actually want.
Growth That Goes Beyond Continuing Ed
Kinetix treats outpatient orthopedics and advanced manual therapy as a starting point, not a ceiling. You’ll have access to advanced modalities like Dry Needling, Class IV Laser, Shockwave Therapy, Neubie, and custom orthotics, plus direct access care and diagnostic testing that includes nerve conduction studies, EMG, and neuromusculoskeletal ultrasound. Clinicians with an interest in going further can pursue advanced training or residency opportunities in Primary Care PT, EMG/NCS, or MSK ultrasound, alongside ongoing mentorship, continuing education support, and workshops led by local and national speakers.
New graduates work alongside experienced clinicians to build confidence, clinical reasoning, and manual therapy skills from day one, while experienced PTs have room to pursue specialty training, mentor others, and grow into leadership roles as the practice continues to expand across the Gainesville area. Either path comes with the same expectation: that your growth as a clinician matters as much as the patients you’re treating.
ACulture Built on Being Seen, Not Just Scheduled
Kinetix runs on the philosophy of Be a Champion, Love Your Tribe, Raise the Bar, and that shows up in how the team actually operates day to day. Weekly team meetings and regular one-on-one sessions with managers keep communication open in both directions, and standout work gets recognized with monthly awards rather than a passing mention. Outside the clinic, the team builds real relationships through bowling nights, potlucks, paintball outings, and lake house days, the kind of shared time that makes a demanding clinical schedule easier to sustain over the long run.
Support staff and technology are in place specifically to reduce the administrative burden on clinicians, so more of your time goes toward patient care and professional growth instead of paperwork, and you can focus on the work that brought you to this profession in the first place.
