In this role the Lab PAA/Phlebotomist Lead will perform the following job duties:
- Oversee clerical/LPAA operations, including clerical support of laboratory operations, problem resolution, technical development and procedure implementation, etc.
- Evaluate and train phlebotomy staff
- Perform routine Laboratory clerical procedures
- Collect patient specimens; accessions and distributes specimens and/or blood products
- Prepare specimens for analysis
- Prepare blood products for patient and of blood products

- High school graduate
- 6 months previous laboratory experience clinical or hospital based is required
- Completion of phlebotomy training program (240 hours) preferred
- Experience in a Leadership position, preferred
Must possess or be eligible for national certification in phlebotomist
Certification in CPR is required
