Full time (Monday - Friday, days), no nights, no on call, no weekends, no holidays

Seeking a Clinic Assistant for our practice who provides specialized expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.

• Greet and communicate with patients
• Performs selected administrative duties and assists clinical staff with non-clinical duties
• Scheduling and canceling patient appointments
• Answering the telephone
• Verifying patient insurance and demographics
• Collection of co-payments/coinsurance and personal balances
• Prepares exam rooms with needed equipment, supplies, and patient education materials
• Assists with autoclaving of instruments where appropriate with documented training
• Electronically filing and retrieving medical records
