Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) in the Gainesville area. If you’re looking for more control over your schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to increase your income based on productivity, this is the role for you.
Coverage Area:Gainesville / Alachua County
(Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)
Compensation & Earning Potential- Average modified full-time earnings: $120,000+

- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Complete documentation using streamlined technology
- Health insurance (starts after 30 days)
- PTO begins accruing on day one
- Mileage and data reimbursement, per company policy
- Flexible employment options:
Modified full-time, PRN, or 1099 - Supportive leadership and team culture
- Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
