Clinical Service Representative I
Location: Main Campus (Gainesville, FL)
Employment Type: Full Time
Expected Salary: $16.25-$18.00; commensurate with education and experience.
Responsibilities- Answer intake/referral phone line, route calls to appropriate team members, schedule patient appointments in the scheduling system, and assist in contacting patients and physicians with appointment details.
- Retrieve and distribute fax information, review in-house referrals via EPIC, verify completion, and request additional information when required.
- Assist with generating medical record numbers for new patients and verify patient insurance coverage, co-pays, deductibles, and provider participation.
- File pending referrals in alpha sequence.
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Customer service experience; knowledge of phone etiquette;
Epic experience; knowledge of medical terminology; demonstrated organizational skills.
