We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist Registered to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As an Occupational Therapist Registered
, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their maximum potential by providing exceptional occupational therapy services.

• Provide occupational therapy services within the scope of practice to patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Communicate and respond clearly via telephone and respond to patient's needs
• Ensure HIPAA guidelines and procedures are maintained
• Perform evaluations and assessments to identify treatment goals and plans
• Must be currently licensed in the state of Florida
• Prefer one year of experience in occupational therapy
• Valid CPR card and all documentation up to date: professional license, driver's license, CPR, CEU's, Physical, and background check (ACHA)

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide direct patient care and instruction to patients and their families
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in occupational therapy
