Companion Caregiver

We are seeking a caring and dependable Caregiver to provide support and companionship to a client in their home and throughout the community.

• Assist withmeal planning
• Provide support with budgeting
• Accompany and assist the client with medical appointments, including transportation as needed.
• Assist with grocery shopping and other necessary errands.
• Accompany the client to community activities, appointments, social events, and recreational activities.
• Provide companionship and encouragement while promoting the client’s independence and participation in the community.
• Provide transportation for the client using the caregiver’spersonal vehicle.

• Must successfully pass aLevel 2 background screening.
• Must have current CPR and First Aid certificationor be willing to obtain certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Must have valid car insurance.
• Ability to work independently and follow the client’s individualized needs and schedule.
• Previous caregiving, companion care, or direct support experience is preferred but not required.
