As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Per Diem, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care to our residents.

As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Per Diem, you will work on a per-diem basis to provide physical therapy services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Conducting physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and exercises
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
