As a Registered Dietitian (RD) at North Beach Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized nutrition plans that promote optimal health and wellness for our patients. Your expertise in nutrition therapy will enable you to educate patients and their families on proper nutrition techniques, meal planning, and healthy eating habits. You will also collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care that addresses their unique needs and goals.

• Plan, develop, and implement nutrition plans for patients with varying needs and conditions
• Conduct nutrition assessments, screenings, and counseling sessions to educate patients on proper nutrition techniques and healthy eating habits
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
