Your RoleAs a QSM Wound Care Provider, you will:
- Deliver bedside surgical wound care services
- Perform detailed clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across assigned facilities
- Provide patient-centered care while maintaining high clinical standards
- Support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes
- Unencumbered NP (Adult/Geriatric/Family) or PA license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to independently manage clinical judgment and documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work onsite with patients
- Availability by phone during working hours
- Attendance at required meetings and annual corporate conferences
- Possible telehealth responsibilities
- Wound care experience (not required)
- Two or more years of provider experience (new graduates welcome)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
