Perform front desk related functions, including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and resolving issues;
Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner;
Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food preparation, set-up, guest service (host or bartender), and clean-up;
Perform night audit responsibilities, including completing daily financial reports, balancing and reconciling guest accounts, verifying and posting room and tax charges, handling overnight check-ins/outs, and ensuring all systems and reports are accurate for the next business day
