Housekeeper, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

Position Summary:

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, attractive, and comfortable guest rooms and public areas while providing excellent guest service in accordance with Marriott Courtyard brand standards.

• Clean and service guest rooms daily including:
• Making beds
• Changing linens
• Dusting furniture
• Vacuuming floors and hallways
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Replenishing towels and guest amenities
• Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms and housekeeping carts
• Ensure all rooms meet Marriott cleanliness and presentation standards
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
• Maintain organized housekeeping carts and storage areas
• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures
• Assist with laundry duties or public area cleaning when needed
• Work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
