Laundry Attendant

Hotel Eleo at the University of Florida is a contemporary collegiate property with 173 guest rooms and 1,200 sq ft of meeting space, offering a unique career opportunity within Pyramid Hotel Group.

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to accomplish the goal of hotel cleanliness.
• Perform laundry duties—washing, drying, and folding of all guest room linens and restaurant/catering linens.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area and common areas.
• Undergo proper use of equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
• Assist housekeepers and houseman as necessary.
• Help maintain a safe work environment.
• Respond to team members in a friendly, helpful manner.

• Laundry experience desirable.
• Time‑management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to move, traverse, and navigate tight spaces, including handling loads up to 100lb and moving carts.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and position loads of at least 50lb.

Compensation: $15 per hour.
