Director of Experience
The Guest Services Director leads Treasure Coast Community Church in creating welcoming, clear, and intentional guest environments that reflect the heart of Jesus and the culture of TC3. This role provides leadership over all guest-facing teams and environments, ensuring every person—from first-time guest to long-time attender—experiences warmth, clarity, and excellence from the moment they arrive on campus. In addition to hospitality leadership, this role includes responsibility for environmental and space design across all public-facing areas.
Through thoughtful design, flow, and visual alignment, the Guest Services Director helps create distraction-free environments that support connection, belonging, and engagement.
- Lead and oversee all Guest Services teams, including Greeters, Ushers, Connect Center, Doors, Parking, and Coffee.
- Ensure a welcoming, safe, and organized experience from parking lot to worship space.
- Establish and maintain clear hospitality standards aligned with TC3’s mission and values.
- Create consistent onboarding, training, and scheduling systems for Guest Services volunteers.
- Monitor guest flow, signage, cleanliness, and readiness of all public-facing areas.
- Assist the Director of Experience to set the vision for the look, feel, and flow of all guest-facing environments.
- Assist the Director of Experience in the design and to enhance physical spaces to support hospitality, clarity, and guest movement.
- Assist the Director of Experience in collaborating with Worship, Production, and Creative teams to align environments with sermon series and seasonal moments.
- Assist the Director of Experience in overseeing the lobby layouts, signage placement, décor, and visual touchpoints.
- Recruit, train, and develop Guest Services volunteers and team leads.
- Build a volunteer culture marked by joy, ownership, clarity, and consistency.
- Encourage and shepherd volunteers toward spiritual growth and meaningful connection.
- Participate in service preparation and post-service debriefs as needed.
- Report to the Executive Pastor of Experience for leadership, accountability, and direction.
- Own Guest Services measurables and contribute to Experience Lane scorecards.
- Participate in L10 rhythms, Rocks, and issue-solving as assigned.
- Execute systems and processes aligned with the TC3 Accountability Chart.
- Volunteer coverage and readiness for all weekend services.
- Guest satisfaction and first-time guest follow-up effectiveness.
- Consistency and clarity of guest flow and signage.
- Volunteer retention and engagement within Guest Services teams.
- Timely readiness of guest-facing environments each Sunday.

Availability for Saturday night and Sunday morning services and key events is required.
Weekday hours as needed for planning, training, and meetings.
This is a full-time, 40+ hour-per-week role.
